Open, honest and effective communication is highly regarded within ACG. We believe success in all forms of life begins with good communication and understand the client’s needs in relation to all forms of communication, written and spoken. Client feedback is a vital part of the communication cycle and is regularly sought, whether it is good or constructive. Individuals and teams benefit from healthy communication by all concerned parties.
The Principal is integral to our success and building a strong trust and solid relationship is essential. The team members have all worked together successfully delivering quality projects to DTMR and similar high end clients such as Rio Tinto, Xstrata and Bechtel. Having experience in delivery of projects to a multitude of clients helps better understand the drivers of clients and their goals. The relationship management is focused on by the Director and Project Manager and influences the team environment towards the Principal and the Project.
It is intended that ACG will consult the principal with detailed queries prior to proposal submission therefore fully understanding the Project and scope. Regular scheduled client and design team meetings will be undertaken with the presence of the Principal or representative. It is the Principals role to play a key part in the meetings, approving agendas and undertaking the lead role in major decision making. This will help deliver the desired outcome and provide concise and precise communication to the design team.
Performance Reporting will be undertaken on a monthly basis and will be delivered and discussed during the second scheduled meeting of each month. The Performance Report will detail the following information and progress of:
- Work/Activity Schedule, milestones and critical path
